Grateful for You: A Thanksgiving Note & A Real Estate Conversation That Starts With Listening

As we head into Thanksgiving, I’ve been thinking a lot about how lucky I am — not just to do what I love, but to do it with you. As I started my business ever client I had came from my own circle: friends, family, past coworkers, neighbors. But it has only grown because of the people you’ve introduced me to. My business has grown organically from relationships, trust, and referrals, and there’s truly no greater compliment.

I’m grateful for every conversation, every question, every “Do you have a second to look at this house?” text. I’m grateful for the families who’ve let me guide them through a huge life change, and for the friends who’ve become clients… and then friends all over again. And I’m especially grateful for the people who’ve trusted me enough to pass my name along to someone they care about. That kind of support is something I’ll never take lightly.

A Season for Slowing Down — and Checking In

We’ve officially entered the slow season in real estate — the time of year when things quiet down, the market catches its breath, and everyone (including me!) gets a chance to think, plan, and reset.

And instead of filling this space with charts, stats, or sales talk, I want to do something a little different right now:

I want to hear from you.

Whether you’ve been
• thinking about moving,
• curious about your home’s value,
• wondering if buying next year is even possible,
• or simply watching the market and trying to make sense of it…

…I’d genuinely love to know what’s on your mind.

What I’d Love to Learn From You

These are the questions I’ve been thinking about lately — and I’d be so grateful to hear your perspective:

• What’s holding you back from buying or selling right now?
Is it finances? Timing? Interest rates? Not knowing where to start?

• What part of the process feels confusing or intimidating?
There’s so much info out there — but not all of it is helpful.

• If you’re eyeing a move in 2026, would a “get ready now” checklist help?
Something simple that makes next year feel doable instead of overwhelming.

• Or maybe you’re just wondering: “Is now ever the right time?”
Spoiler: the answer isn’t the same for everyone.

There’s no wrong question, and definitely no pressure. My goal this season is to listen, learn, and create resources — emails, posts, guides — that actually address what real people want to know.

Let’s Make This Season Count

If there’s something you’ve been wondering, even if it starts with, “This might sound silly…” please ask it. I’ve probably heard it before, and even if I haven’t, I’d love to talk through it with you.

Just reply, reach out, or send me a quick message with one thing that’s been on your mind about real estate — big or small, curious or frustrated.

Let’s use this slower season not just to prepare, but to understand.
And thank you — truly — for being the reason I get to do what I do.

From my family to yours, I’m wishing you a warm, restful, grateful Thanksgiving.
