Happy Birthday, Chad!
It’s Chad’s birthday today! (and did you know it’s also his daughter Mae’s? They’re birthday twins!)—so I’m stepping in (hi, it’s Tracy 👋) because it feels like the right time to say a few things he probably wouldn’t say about himself.
He’s constantly balancing the behind-the-scenes of real estate with showing up for his family—and somehow does both with a level of care that shouldn’t go unnoticed.
In real estate, he’s thoughtful, steady, and intentional. He’s not rushing people into decisions or pushing for the sake of a deal. He pays attention—to details, to people, to the bigger picture—and that shows in how he takes care of his clients. If you’ve worked with him and it felt smooth or low-stress—that didn’t happen by accident. It’s because he was handling the details, solving problems, and working through things behind the scenes before they ever reached you. And I promise, he prioritized you, his client, over himself always.
And as a friend, I get to see that same consistency in his personal life. From soccer games to track meets, basketball, theater, and everything in between, he shows up for his three girls—and still makes time for the little things, like bringing Jess coffee.
So if you ever find yourself working with us and someone else is stepping in to help, it’s not random. It means he’s chosen to be exactly where he needs to be in that moment… and most times, that’s with his family.
And I think says a lot. Real estate, and work, matter—but so does the life you’re building outside of it.
So today, we’re celebrating him. Because he is most likely only celebrating Mae…again, that’s just the type of guy he is.
If you’ve appreciated anything shared here, or just want to help me surprise him a little—go find us on Instagram (@harveyrealtygroup) give us a follow and show some love on a recent post or drop a quick “happy birthday.” I know he’ll appreciate it (even if he pretends not to).
Happy Birthday, Chad! (And Mae!)
